摘要
随着我国经济的发展及可持续发展战略的深入,加强水利工程管理的现代化与精细化已经成为了当前水利工程建设事业的重点内容,是保证水利工程有序运行及其经济效益、社会效益充分发挥的关键。论文介绍了精细化管理的涵义,并立足于河道工程管理实际,具体分析了河道工程精细化管理标准制定步骤与方法,为推进河道工程精细化管理作了一些积极探讨。
With the development of China＇s economy and the deepening of the strategy of sustainable development, strengthen the modernization and refinement water conservancy project management has become the focus of water conservancy engineering construction. It is also the key to ensure the orderly operation of water conservancy project and its economic benefits and the full play of social benefits. This paper introduces the meaning of free management, and based on the practice of river engineering management, concretely analyzes the formulation steps and methods of river engineering fine management standard, and makes some positive discussions on promoting the refined management of river engineering.
