摘要
评价雨洪资源利用现状和潜力是开展雨洪资源利用、缓解水资源短缺矛盾的重要工作。以太湖为例,界定了太湖雨洪资源的定义,建立了太湖雨洪资源利用评价指标体系框架,阐述了雨洪资源利用相关概念,计算了太湖雨洪资源的总量、可利用量及现状利用水平,分析了太湖雨洪资源利用的需求和潜力,并提出了太湖雨洪资源利用策略建议,可为太湖雨洪资源利用决策管理提供科学依据。
To evaluate the current utilization and potential utilization of rainfall flood resources is a priority work in rainfall flood resources utilization and relief of water resources shortage. This paper chose the Taihu Lake as the research object. The definition of rainfall flood resources was defined, and the framework of evaluation index system for utilization of rainfall flood resources was established. At the same time, the related concepts of utilization of rainfall flood resources was systematically expounded. Then the total amount of utilization of rainfall flood resources, the available quantity and the level of current utilization were calculated. The needs and potential utilization of rainfall flood resources were ana- lyzed. The suggestions of utilization strategy for rainfall flood resources were put forward. This research can provide sci- entific basis for decision-making management of utilization of rainfall flood resources in Taihu Lake.
