摘要
由于农村畜禽养殖污染所占比重最大,已经成为影响水环境尤其是饮用水水源安全的首要因素。通过对锦州地区畜禽养殖现状分析,准确地了解畜禽养殖污染成因及危害,确定畜禽养殖点源、面源污染状况。根据畜禽养殖区域土地消纳能力对畜禽养殖耕地承载力风险评估,合理确定规模化畜禽养殖企业养殖规模,科学建立与之相匹配的畜禽粪尿污染治理设施。对建立、健全环境与健康监测、调查和风险评估制度起到引领推动作用,为政府预警决策提供科学基础,从而达到降低农村环境事件引发的生态危害,保障区域环境安全的目的。
The pollution of livestock and poultry in rural areas accounts for the largest proportion of pollution,and has become the primary factor affecting the safety of water environment, especially in the source of drinking water. In this study, based on the analysis on the status of livestock and poultry breeding in Jinzhou, the cause and harm of livestock and poultry pollution were explained and the point source and surface source pollution of livestock and poultry breeding were determined. According to the regional land consumptive capacity of livestock and poultry breeding, the risk of the carrying capacity of cultivated land of livestock and poultry can be assessed, the scale of large-scale livestock and poultry farming enterprises can be determined rationally. The paper established the matching control facilities of livestock and poultry manure pollution. This study plays a leading role in the establishment and improvement of environmental and health monitoring, survey and risk assessment systems and provides a scientific basis for the government's early warning decision. This study can achieve the goal of reducing the ecological hazards caused by rural environmental events and ensure the purpose of regional environmental security.
