Application of ANSYS workbench on the Relationship Analysis between the Layout of the Sofa's Positioning Lines and the Overall Strength of Seat Frame with Serpentine Spring

摘要 在现代沙发中绝大部分采用蛇簧座框结构,蛇簧座框的质量成为影响沙发质量的重要指标。本文的研究思路为在不变更组件的情况下,仅从优化结构的角度来提高蛇簧座框的强度。通过比较蛇簧定位线的不同安装位置和ANSYS有限元分析,以此寻找相应的应力集中及变形集中局域,并且调整模型中定位线的安装位置来寻找最佳安装方式。 Most of the modern sofa has adopt the seat frame with serpentine spring,which quality has be-come the important index to evaluate sofa quality. In this paper,the strength of seat frame with serpentinespring is increased only through structure optimization without changing the components. Through the dif-ferent effects of the positions that serpentine spring fixed on and analysis by ANSYS,the correspondingstress concentration and strain concentration zone are sought out. The best mounting method is determineby adjusting the install location for the positioning lines.
