摘要
为降低岸边集装箱起重机的电能消耗,研究、设计适用于岸桥的光伏发电系统。该系统采用智能光伏组件,提高发电的效率;采用热浸锌钢材作为光伏组件的支架,以防被雨水和盐雾腐蚀。为提高抗风性能,支架被焊接在机房结构上,光伏组件平铺在支架上方,并用专门的夹具固定。该系统预计每年可以发电36 000 kW·h。
In order to decrease the energy consumption of quayside container crane, the photovoltaic power generation system is researched and designed, which is suitable for the quayside container crane. The intelligent photovoltaic modules are adopted to improve the power generation efficiency. The photovoltaic module bracket is constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel to prevent corrosion brought by rainwater and salt spray. In order to improve the wind resistance, the bracket is welded on the machine house structure and the photovoltaic modules are laid on the bracket and fixed with special clamp. The system can generate electric quantity 36 000 kW. h per year approximately.
