摘要
目的:在应用了急诊信息系统之后,急诊科的一些业务流程发生了相应改变,探讨这些改变对流程优化的作用。方法:分析预检分诊、医嘱、缴费、取药等关键流程,对比系统使用前后的信息流通方式和业务工作模式。结果:信息系统提高了工作效率,减轻了文案负担,缓解了诊区拥堵,方便了科室管理。结论:急诊信息系统的应用对优化业务流程起到了积极作用。
Objective: Several business processes in emgergency department have been changed with the introduction of emgergency information system, and how the change optimized emergency workflow is discussed. Methods: Key processes, such as pre-check and triage, order, billing, dispensing are analyzed by comparing before-and-after information flow and business modeling. Results: The information system improved work efficiency, reduced paperwork burden, eased emergency overcrowding and facilitated staff management. Conclusion: The aim of business process optimization was achieved by application of the emergency information system.
