低温胁迫对蓝靛果忍冬抗寒性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了筛选蓝靛果忍冬抗寒品种,以9个蓝靛果忍冬品种(蓝鸟、伊利亚特、炭火、谢丽娜、加洛奇卡、落火炭、别列里、蓝纺锤及阿索里)1年生枝条为材料,研究低温胁迫(-15、-20、-25、-30、-35、-40℃)对蓝靛果忍冬电导率及忍冬抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:各试验品种的抗寒性随着温度的变化而变化,在-15^-25℃之间的电导率较小,SOD活性较高,POD活性在-25^-40℃时较高,所有品种的SOD、POD、CAT活性的变化趋势基本一致。在-15^-20℃期间,蓝纺锤抗寒性表现最好;在-30^-40℃期间,加洛奇卡,别列里以及落火炭的抗寒性优于其它品种。 In order to screen out some cold-resistant cultivars in Lonicera caeruleae, using one-year-old branches from nine eultivars in L. caeruleae (Blue jays, Iliad, Coals, Li-na xie, Faoqxa, Charcoal, Bepezb, Blue spindle and Azauri) as materials, influences of low temperature stress ( -- 15, -- 20, -- 25, -- 30, -- 35 and -- 40℃ ) on conductivity and antioxidant enzyme activity in L. caeruleae were studied. The results showed that: cold resistance of the tested varieties changed with temperature changing, electrical conductivity was less and SOD activity was higher from -- 15 ℃ to -- 25 ℃ , POD activity was higher from -- 25℃ to -- 40 ℃, and change tendencies of SOD, POD and CAT activities in all the cultivars were basically the same. During the period of -- 15℃ to -- 20 ℃, Blue spindle had the best cold-resistant expresssion. During the period of -- 30℃ to -- 40 ℃, cold resistances of Fa.~oqKa, Bepenl, and Charcoal were superior to the other cultivars.
