摘要
为研究水杨酸处理对软枣猕猴桃冷害性状的影响情况,以采收后的软枣猕猴桃果实为试材,用4 mmol·L^(-1)水杨酸浸泡10 min,以清水浸泡作为对照(CK),置于冷库贮藏,并测定与冷害相关的指标。结果表明,水杨酸处理能够缓解软枣猕猴桃果实的冷害和细胞膜损伤,延缓硬度、可滴定酸的下降,显著提高SOD和CAT酶活性,维持较高的AsA及GSH含量,降低O^(2-)生成速率和H_2O_2含量,维持较高的ATP含量及能荷水平,所以水杨酸处理能够增强果实的抗冷性,这可能与水杨酸处理能提高果实的抗氧化能力、维持较高的ATP和能荷有关。
In order to research effects of salicylic acid treatment on chilling injury characteristics in Actinidia arguta, harvested fruits were dipped in 4 mmol/L salicylic acid solution for 10 min and then were stored in cold storage, using dipped in water as CK. Some indexes related with chilling injury were determined. The results showed that salicylic acid treatment could alleviate chilling injury development and membrane damage, could maintain higher firmness and titratable acid level, could increase activities of SOD and CAT, could maintain higher contents of AsA and GSH, could decrease 02 - production rate and H202 content, and could kept higher ATP content and energy charge level. So salicylic acid treatment could strengthen chilling tolerance of fruits, it might attribute to enhancing antioxidant capacity of fruits and maintaining higher levels of ATP and energy charge.
