摘要
我国目前地下水取水工程管理体系尚不健全,导致地下水取水工程建设市场混乱、质量参差不齐。通过进一步完善地下水取水工程管理法规体系、逐步规范建设市场、逐步完善双控措施等手段,加强地下水取水工程管理,确保地下水合理取用,遏制我国地下水超采区扩大、地下水污染日益严重的趋势。
Due to the imperfect management system of groundwater intake projects in China,the construction market of the groundwater intake projects are of certain chaos and different qualities. Thus,it is emphasized to improve the management regulation system for the groundwater intake projects through the gradual standardization of the construction market and the control measures on the water intake amount and the groundwater pollution. With the strengthening of the management on the groundwater intake projects,the problems such as the overexploitation and pollution of groundwater could be prevented.
