基于中医传承辅助系统的治疗糖尿病视网膜病变组方规律分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析和总结近20年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)文献中以中医药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的用药规律。方法:收集CNKI中运用中医药方剂治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的文献,筛选并建立方剂数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件,分析治疗糖尿病视网膜病变方剂的用药规律。结果:筛选治疗糖尿病视网膜病变方剂90首,涉及中药146味。演化得到核心组合20个,新处方10首。结论 :治疗糖尿病视网膜病变方剂的组方规律体现了益气养阴、补肾活血化瘀的治疗原则。 Objective:To analyze the prescription rules in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy of the past20 years in CNKI based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system.Methods :The literatures of Chinese prescription in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy in CNKI were collected and screened to establish the prescription database.By using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform software,the prescription rules in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy were analyzed.Results:Total 90 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,involving 146 traditional Chinese drugs,achieving 20 core drug combinations and 10 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The prescription rules in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy including:tonifying qi and nourishing yin,tonifying the kidney,activating blood circulation to resolve blood stasis,which provided the reference basis for TCM treatment and new drug development of diabetic retinopathy.
