摘要
反应器吊盖的强度校核及螺栓的预紧力是否合理在反应器吊装过程中起着关键的作用。为此,本文对吊盖的危险截面及强度进行了受力分析,对螺栓预紧力进行了计算和控制,并用ANSYS分析软件对中化弘润60万吨/年汽油加氢装置中的加氢精制反应器吊装,所使用的800t级吊盖的危险截面进行了受力云图分析,可为大型反应器吊盖的设计与吊装提供参考。
The intensity check of the reactor cover and whether the bolt FFZ force is reasonable plays a key role in the process of the reactor hoisting. Therefore, in this paper, the force analysis of the dangerous section and intensity of the hanging cover which is carried out, and the FFZ foree of the bolt is calculated and controlled The installation of hydrofining reactor in Sinochem 60/year gasoline hydrogenation unit was carried out by using ANSYS analysis software, and the dangerous section of the 800t-grade suspended cover was analyzed, which can provide reference for the design and hoisting of the large reactor hanging cover.
