摘要
本研究采集某奶牛场全群泌乳牛的奶样,经美国加利福尼亚隐性乳房炎测试法(CMT)检测后,对阳性奶样进行细菌培养并鉴定出该场隐性乳房炎的主要致病菌,制作自家乳房炎疫苗。通过病原菌检测、隐性乳房炎发病率及体细胞数的变化趋势分析,评估自家乳房炎疫苗的使用效果,以供参考。
In order to clarify the pathogen of mastitis in dairy cattle, the milk samples of the whole group of dairy cows were collected, and the recessive mastitis test was performed with the California recessive mastitis test(CMT). To determine the main pathogens in the farm of mastitis and make their own mastitis vaccine, positive milk samples were cultured and the advantages of pathogenic bacteria species were identified. Through the changes of pathogenic bacteria and somatic cell count and the recessive mastitis, the effects of mastitis vaccine were evaluated.
