摘要
市场上立体车库的需求不断增加但自动化程度却并不高。以垂直循环立体车库为研究对象,设计了基于PLC和变频器的自动控制系统,结合垂直循环立体车库的结构特点和工作原理,以西门子S7-200 smart PLC为核心搭建电控系统,采用模块化程序设计,细分车库运行状态。该系统大大简化用户操作,提高车库稳定性,实现无人化管理,运行效率得以提升。
The demand of stereo garage in the market is increasing,but the automation is not high. Taking vertical circulation garage as research object,the automatic control system based on PLC and frequency converter is designed. Combined with the structure characteristics and working principle of the vertical circulation garage,the control system is built with SIEMENS S7-200 smart PLC as the core,the modular programming is used on the software,and the running state of the garage is subdivided. The system simplifies the operation of users,improves the stability of garage,realizes the unmanned management,and improves the efficiency.
