摘要
臂架作为高空作业车重要部件对整车的质量与性能有非常重要的影响,臂架各零部件主要依靠焊接的方式进行连接,合理的焊接工艺决定了臂架最后的质量等级。由于焊接受多种因素的影响,左右槽钢焊缝经常出现未焊透缺陷,经过分析原因优化焊接工艺,焊接质量得到明显提升。
Jib has a very important impact on the quality and performance of the whole vehicle,as an important part of aerial work vehicle. The components of the jib are connected by welding,and the reasonable welding process determines the final quality grade of the jib. Due to the influence of various factors in the production process,lack of penetration welding often exists in the left and right channel weld seam. After analyzing the reasons and optimizing welding process,the welding quality was improved obviously.
