摘要
结合某款含有复合式加热双金的电动机断路器,通过简化其操作机构脱扣力和双金弯曲量及热推力的数学模型后,理论计算和测试对比主双金和补偿双金叠加后的弯曲量去匹配脱扣行程,以及由实测温升计算得到的理论热推力去匹配脱扣力,来探讨电动机断路器热过载动作稳定性的优化设计思路,同时给出其应用方面的注意事项,对提高热过载动作在应用方面的稳定性起到指导性作用。
This article introduced the thermal overload optimization method of the motor circuit breaker with bimetal-heating element combination. To keep the stability of thermal overload tripping of motor circuit breaker,the bimetal deflection and the bimetal thermal push force should be matched together with the tripping mechanism well.Therefore,the detailed impacted items and applied proposals of thermal overload tripping design optimization were mentioned in this article.
