摘要
目的通过比较分析揭盖术与传统唇龈沟径路治疗鼻前庭囊肿的优缺点,找出更具有临床应用价值的手术方式。方法将50例鼻前庭囊肿患者随机分为观察组与对照组,分别予以揭盖术和传统唇龈沟径路两种不同术式治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、术后面部肿胀程度、切口疼痛程度以及术后随访情况。结果观察组(揭盖术)在手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、术后面部肿胀程度以及切口疼痛程度方面均优于对照组(传统唇龈沟径路),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后随访复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于传统唇龈沟径路,揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、切口愈合快、术后患者痛苦更小等优点,复发率相当,具有更好的临床应用价值。
Objective To find out the surgical approach with more clinical value by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of uncovering surgery and labiogingival groove approach in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. Methods A total of 50 patients with nasal vestibular cyst were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the two groups were treated with uncovering surgery and labiogingival groove approach, respectively. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time, postoperative facial swelling degree, incision pain and postoperative follow-up between the two groups were compared. Results The observation group（uncovering operation）was superior to the control group（traditional labiogingival groove approach）in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time, degree of postoperative facial swelling and the degree of incision pain, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Condusion Compared with the labiogingival groove approach, uncovering surgery in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst has the advantages of short operation time, less blood loss, quick wound healing and less postoperative pain, etc. Uncovering surgery has quite good the relapse rate, with better clinical application value.
