摘要
对比姆系列高强度铝合金肋顶夹和400/65直立锁边铝合金屋面板材节点进行抗拔力学性能试验,试验结果表明:比姆系列高强度铝合金肋顶夹节点具备较好的塑性,达到破坏和灾后尚能具备较大的延性;试件的破坏均出现在肋顶夹节点夹口与屋面板材的直立锁边处;该类节点极限抗拔力建议在6~7k N之间。
Experimental research on the uplift performance of aluminum alloy rib clip joints is carried out. Test results show that the joints of aluminum alloy rib joints have better plasticity ; the failure of the specimens were found in the standing seam rib top clamp and roof plate node; the ultimate pullout resistance of this kind of joints is recommended between 6 -7kN.
