摘要
完善高校家庭经济困难学生认定工作有助于国家公平合理地分配帮扶资源,确保受助学生顺利完成学业,促进教育公平目标的实现。文章从高校家庭经济困难学生认定工作着手,在分析家庭经济困难学生隐私权保护法理依据及现实困境的基础上,提出完善高校家庭经济困难学生隐私权保护的对策。
Perfecting the work of identifying the students with financial difficulties will contribute to fair and reasonable allocation of resources,to ensure that students receive their studies successfully and promote the realization of educational goals. Based on the analysis of the legal basis and practical dilemma of the privacy protection of students with financial difficulties,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the protection of the privacy of college students with financial difficulties.
