摘要
制度性大学作为"规则支配的学者共同体",它具有价值性与合法性,学者共同参与治理性,以及大学内部附带结果回应外部环境需求性三大基本特征。在制度性大学发展中,坚守教育理念内在统一性,保持大学核心制度特征,回应社会变革需求是其历经变迁仍旧保持"制度性"的关键。这对我国创建世界一流大学具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
The university as institution as ＂a rule-governed community of scholars＂, it presents three basic characteristics which has its own value and legitimacy, the common governance of scholars as well as the response to the external environment with its internal results. The development of university as institution shows that adhering to the inherent unity of the educational philosophy, keeping the core institution characteristics, and responding to the real needs of social change can keep its ＂institution＂. These are very important references for China to construct a World-class university.
