摘要
铜阳极板质量不仅直接影响产量及生产成本,同时也影响电解工序阴极铜质量和其它经济技术指标。通过对阳极板化学成分、物理规格影响因素分析,有针对性地进行了铜模改进等一系列生产控制优化实践,提高了阳极板质量,效果明显。
The quality of copper anode plate not only directly influences the output and production cost, but also affects the quality of cathode copper and other economic and technical indexes of electrolysis process. The influencing factors of chemical composition and physical specificatian of anode plate are analyzed, a series of production control optimization practices have been targeted such as mold upgrade. The quality of the anode plate is improved, and the effect is obvious.
