摘要
随着国家经济的高速发展,汽车的保有量越来越高,汽车在给现代城市带来快捷、方便和舒适的出行方式的同时,也带来了一些问题。因城市的空间有限,停车位的增长率相对较慢,造成停车位与汽车比例失调。特别是一些居住小区,未配备足够的停车位,导致小区内外乱停车现象严重,挤占小区道路,甚至堵塞消防通道,增加了安全隐患。
