摘要
基于模糊控制的移动颚式破碎机燃油经济性优化匹配研究,借助发动机万有特性数据,通过功率自适应控制策略,设计了模糊控制器,实现发动机在不同负荷下以理想的转速运转。功率自适应控制模式比恒转速控制模式节省燃油8.5%~9.5%,可有效改善移动式颚式破碎机的燃油经济性。
The matching optimization of the fuel economy of the mobile jaw crusher was studied based on fuzzy control. On the basis of universal characteristic data of the engine, the fuzzy controller was designed by applying power adaptive control strategy, so as to realize the operation of the engine with ideal speed at various loads. The power adaptive control mode saved 8.5% ~ 9.5% of fuel compared with constant-speed control mode, which effectively improved the fuel economy of the mobile jaw crusher.
