摘要
利用快速测氢仪、金相组织观察、晶间腐蚀试验及硬度测试等方法,研究了Y对A356合金除气效果、晶间腐蚀性能及硬度的影响。结果表明,Y能有效净化合金熔体,减少铝熔体中的氢含量,降低铸件气孔率;适量的Y能提高合金的耐腐蚀性能和硬度,过量添加则使合金性能有所降低。当Y添加量为0.3%时,100g的A356铝熔体中氢含量为0.16mL,比未添加Y的熔体降低了56%,且合金硬度(HB)增加至73,提高约40%。腐蚀试验表明,添加0.3%的Y时,合金耐腐蚀性改善明显,表层无明显腐蚀坑,腐蚀深度约为145μm,与未添加Y的合金相比,腐蚀深度降低了52%。
The effects of rare earth yttrium with different content on the degassing efficiency,corrosion resistance and hardness of the A356 alloy were investigated by rapid hydrogen gauge,intergranular corrosion,optical microscopy and hardness testing.The results show that the proper content of rare earth yttrium can purify effectively the alloy melt and reduce the hydrogen content in alloy melt and porosity.The proper amount of rare earth yttrium can improve the corrosion resistance and hardness of the alloy,however,the mechanical properties of the alloy are decreased with the excessive addition of Y.When rare earth yttrium addition is 0.3%,the hydrogen content in alloy melt is 0.16 mL/100 g Al,which is decreased by 56% compared with that of ones without Y addition,and the hardness is increased to 73 HB,increased by about 40%.Corrosion testing reveals that with 0.3%rare earth yttrium addition,the corrosion resistance of the A356 alloy is improved significantly,and absence of obvious corrosion pit on the surface layer can be observed,and the corrosion depth reaches approximately 145μm.Compared with that of ones without rare earth yttrium addition,the corrosion depth is decreased by 56%.
