摘要
通过采用Superpave设计方法对橡胶沥青混合料进行了设计,并对AC型沥青混合料进行了对比研究,此外通过多种试验手段对橡胶沥青混合料经短期老化后的体积指标与性能指标进行分析研究,模拟施工过程中短期热老化对橡胶沥青混合料产生的影响。研究结果表明:橡胶沥青Sup-20混合料的高温性能与低温劲度模量明显高于采用同种原材料设计的橡胶沥青AC-20混合料;橡胶沥青混合料短期老化后体积指标出现明显变化,空隙率变大,沥青饱和度降低,并导致混合料的水稳性与低温性能下降,高温性能提升。
The rubber asphalt mixture was designed and studied using the Superpave design method in this paper. For investigating the short-term aging characteristics of asphalt rubber mixture(AR-mixture) designed by Superpave, this paper studied the volume and the performance index of AR-mixture after short-term aging using various tests, and simulated the effects of short-term thermal aging during the construction process. The results show that the high temperature performance and low stiffness modulus of rubber asphalt Sup-20 mixtures are much higher than that of rubber asphalt AC-20 designed with the same raw material,and the volume index of AR-mixture significantly changed after short-term aging. The water stability and low temperature performance are compromised,but the high temperature performance is improved.
