摘要
以乳制品中产β-内酰胺酶微生物为研究对象,采用杯碟法和平板分离鉴定分析了产β-内酰胺酶微生物组成、菌株产酶特性及菌株对青霉素的耐药性。结果表明,从乳制品分离的产β-内酰胺酶菌株主要为芽孢杆菌和链球菌。这些菌株在生长过程中分泌β-内酰胺酶,当菌株数量达到105CFU/m L,可导致乳制品β-内酰胺酶检测结果呈假阳性现象。
The characteristics of strains with β-lactamase isolated from milk products were studied, including microbial community composition and the characteristics of secreting β-lactamase and penicillin resistant, through the culture in vitro and cylinder plate method. The results showed that different microorganism species in milk products were identified, mainly were bacillus and streptococci. A false positive result of β-lactamase in milk products occurred when microorganism quantity were up to 105 CFU/m L.
