摘要
指出了随着西藏自治区林业建设的快速发展,营造林项目也越来越多,在林业生态工程建设领域实行工程监理制是提高造林成效的有效方法。基于此,探讨了我区林业生态工程中实行监理制度的必要性和可行性。
With the rapid development of forestry construction in our district, there are more and more afforestation projects. It is an effective method to improve the efficiency of afforestation in the field of forestry ecological engineering construction. Based on this,this paper explores the necessity and feasibility of the supervision system in forestry ecological projectsin our district.
