摘要
文章利用CaCO_3作为改性剂,通过对CaCO_3含量、烘箱温度和UV固化时间三个因素进行正交实验,找到能改善水性UV固化涂料力学和光学性能的方法。实验表明,CaCO_3的含量的影响程度是最大的。把烘箱温度设定为40°C,干燥时间为1min,CaCO_3含量从0增加到4.0%的时候,硬度提高至3H。继续增加含量超过4.0%,硬度下降。随着涂层CaCO_3含量增多,光泽度呈下降趋势,在含量大于3.0%时,水性紫外光固化木器涂料光泽度较低。
Using CaCO3 as modifier, orthogonal experiments were carried out on three factors: CaCO3 content, oven temperature and UV curing time, to find a way to improve the mechanical and optical properties of waterborne UV curable coatings. The results show that the content of CaCO3 is the most important. When the oven temperature was set to 40℃ and the drying time was 1 min, the hardness increased to 3H when the content of CaCO3 increased from 0 to 4.0%. When continuing to increase the content of more than 4.0, the hardness decreased. With the increase of CaCO3 content of the coating, the gloss of the coating decreased. When the content of the coating was more than 3.0, the gloss of the waterborne UV cured wood coating was lower.
