摘要 目前我国电线、电缆质量与国外还有一定差距。低氧光亮铜杆作为我国电线、电缆的主要坯料,其质量高低很大程度上决定了后续拉伸成品质量的好坏。为提高电线、电缆的拉拔质量,就需要严格控制低氧光亮铜杆的铜粉含量。将多年的生产实践与试验相结合,分析铜粉对后续拉拔质量的影响,主要对低氧铜杆表面铜粉的形成机理进行了探讨,针对影响铜杆铜粉含量的主要影响因素和环节进行试验并提出了有效的控制方法,将铜杆的铜粉含量控制在合理范围。 At present,wire and cable quality in China and foreign products will have a certain gap. Low oxygen bright copper rod is the main wire of wire and cable. Its quality to a large extent will determine the quality of the subsequent drawing of finished products. In order to improve the quality of wire and cable drawing,we need to strictly control low oxygen in light copper rod copper content. The influence of copper powder on the quality of the subsequent drawing is analyzed. The formation mechanism of copper powder on the surface of low oxygen copper rod is discussed about. The main factors influencing the copper powder content of the copper rod are discussed. We have put forward an effective control method in copper rod copper powder content control in a reasonable range.
