摘要
针对甲醇制丙烯装置催化剂碱金属中毒,烧焦再生处理其活性仍不可完全恢复的问题,在常规再生方法基础上增加离子交换工艺,使催化剂活性得到恢复,甲醇转化率达到99.09%,丙烯选择性达到43.62%。加速老化评价结果表明,在甲醇空速为4.0 h^(-1)条件下,经过34 h后甲醇转化率仍未下降,催化剂寿命显著延长。
The activity of MTP catalyst can not be fully recovered in view of the alkali metal poisoning. On the basis of conventional regeneration method, the ion exchange process was added to recover the activity of the catalyst. The conversion of methanol reached 99.09 % and the selectivity of propylene reached 43.62 %. The results of accelerated aging evaluation showed that the methanol conversion was not decreased and the catalyst life was prolonged significantly after 34 h at the methanol space velocity of 4.0 h^(-1).
