摘要
介绍某延迟焦化装置加热炉出口旋塞阀的结构、运行工作原理、作用及出现的问题。分析问题原因,结合现场情况制定了合适的解决方案并实施,经实践检验效果良好,为同类设备问题处理提供了借鉴经验。
Structure,operation principle,function and problems appearing on the plug valve of outlet of some delayed coking heating furnace were described. Causes for the problems were analyzed. Suitable solution project was made and executed combing with local situation,and good effect was obtained by practice test,which provided references for problem treatment of the similar equipment.
