摘要
近年来,以中国为代表的新兴经济体跨国企业加速在发达国家和新兴经济体国家设立海外研发机构。根据中国企业海外研发的不同动机,用负二项回归模型研究了高管政治关联、海外经历对企业创新绩效的影响。研究发现,对于开发利用型海外研发投资,企业高管政治关联、高管海外经历都对企业创新绩效具有正向影响;对于探索学习型海外研发投资,企业高管政治关联对企业创新绩效具有负向影响,高管海外经历对企业创新绩效具有正向影响。
In recent years,emerging market multinational enterprises（EM MNEs） represented by China have accelerated the establishment of overseas RD institutions in developed and emerging economies.Based on the different motivations of Chinese enterprises＇ overseas RD,this paper uses the negative binomial regression model to study the influence of executives＇ political connections and overseas experience in the enterprises＇ innovation performance.The study found that for the development and utilization of overseas RD investment,executives＇ political connections and overseas experience have a positive impact on the enterprises＇ innovation performance.For the exploration of and learning from overseas RD investment,executives＇ political connections have a negative impact on the enterprises＇ innovation performance,whereas executives＇ overseas experience has a positive impact on the enterprises＇ innovation performance.
