摘要
目的探究在老年慢性肾小球肾炎患者治疗过程中,使用前列地尔(注射液)、阿魏酸钠(注射用)联合治疗的疗效。方法针对40例老年慢性肾小球肾炎患者采用阿魏酸钠治疗,归为对照组,针对另外40例患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列地尔,归为观察组,两组患者均为我院2014年9月~2016年10月间收治。结果两组患者在无差异的基础上分组治疗后,观察组患者的情况明显更优,同时观察组患者有效率92.5%明显较高(对照组为70.0%),组间比较P<0.05,说明两组数据差异明显。结论前列地尔(注射液)、阿魏酸钠(注射用)联合治疗老年慢性肾小球肾炎患者的疗效观察发现,其效果好于单纯使用阿魏酸钠治疗,同时对于患者的各项指标改善作用积极,因此值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of alprostadil combined with sodium ferulate （injection） in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Eighty cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephri-tis in our hospital from September 2014 to October 2016 were collected and divided into control group and experimental group, with each group 40 cases. The patients in the control group received sodium ferulate （injection） treatment, and the patients in the experimental group received alprostadil combined with sodium ferulate （injection）. Results Two groups of patients on the basis of no difference before treatment, the experimental group patients were significantly better. At the same time〉 the ef-fective rate of the experimental group was 92. 5 % ？ which was obviously higher （70% in the control group）, and the differ-ence between the two groups was P〈C〇 . 05, indicating that the difference between the two groups was obvious. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with sodium ferulate （injection） in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic glomerulonephritis could achieve better effect than sodium ferulate （injection） treatment only. It had positive effect on the improvement of all in-dexes, which was worthy of reference.
