摘要
泰国某铁路项目面向全球招标,但其招标工程量清单与国内同类项目存在较大差异。如要在全球范围的投标报价中占得先机,尽量规避海外铁路项目风险,在满足招标文件要求的前提下,编制工程量清单报价时需综合考虑多方因素。针对两国工程量清单的差异及编制泰国铁路工程量清单时需重点考虑的问题进行论述,为中国铁路"走出去"相关工程投标报价提供借鉴。
In the international tendering for Thai railway projects, the bill of quantities is quite different from that of similar Chinese projects. In order to take the upper hand during the bidding process in oversea tendering and avoid the risks of oversea railway projects, various factors shall be taken into consideration while compiling the bill of quantities and deciding the bidding price. This paper compared the bill of quantities in China with that in Thailand and highlighted key points of compiling the bill of quantities in Thai railway projects, providing reference for Chinese railway enterprises which participate in oversea tendering.
