摘要
我国农业产业化龙头企业在市场上扮演着多元的角色,一方面根据市场需求为社会提供各类农产品,贡献利税;另一方面,促进农业产业结构优化调整,并通过多种形式带动农户生产、就业与增收。本文以福建省农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测度农业产业化龙头企业的生产效率,并对其影响因素进行分析。研究表明:农业产业化龙头企业总体的全要素生产率是有所改善的,其增长属于技术效率驱动型的增长。信贷规模、研发投入、行业规模和外商投资对农业产业化龙头企业的全要素生产率均具有显著影响。据此研究结论对农业产业化龙头企业生产效率的提升提出对策建议。
The paper uses DEA-Malmquist index approach to measure and calculate the production efficiency of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization and analyzes its impact factors based on the data of Eujian agricultural enterpris- es. Study shows that total factor productivity of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization has been improved, which is driven by technical efficiency. Credit scale, research and development input, industrial scale and foreign invest- ment influence total factor productivity of leading enterprises of agricultural in- dustrialization significantly. Einally, it comes up with some recommendations for the further improvement of production efficiency of leading enterprises of agricul- tural industrialization.
