摘要
现代制造业正向市场全球化、制造全球化、产品多样化、个性化的方向发展,传统工业的MES智能化研究将大大促进煤化工行业的智能化发展。本文重点探讨煤化工行业在国家智能制造政策背景下MES发展新思路,结合智能工厂的理念,重新理解MES,定义新的MES理念,阐明MES智能化需要演变的过程,提出智能化MES的体系结构,给出当前政策环境下煤化工智能工厂的新定义,同时提出煤化工智能工厂建设的推进路线和实施步骤,研究对智能工厂建设有利的先进技术和方法。
Modem manufacturing are developing towards market globalization, manufacture globalization, products diversification and individuation. The researches of traditional industry the Intelligence of MES will greatly promote the progress of the intelligent development in Coal Chemical Industry. The Intelligence of MES new ideas are researched in this paper on the context of the National Smart manufacturing policy in Coal Chemical Industry. MES is recognized again, and defined a new MES concept. The Intelligence of MES evolution processes ear elucidated. Intelligence of MES construction and a new definition of intelligent plant and implementation of the road map and step in Coal Chemical Industry ear raised on current policy environment. Advanced technologies and methods are studying for intelligent plant construction process in this paper final.
