摘要
结合浙江省丽水市水阁至腊口公路工程石浦大桥4号墩承台施工,根据现场环境、地质情况,构思出用于裸岩库区近岸承台施工的筑岛反开挖平面分体组合钢套箱围堰,对钢套箱单元接头、稳箱支腿、钢筋砼封底及分隔仓等进行了详细阐述,以最不利工况进行钢套箱结构强度、刚度验算和对钢套箱围堰总体进行抗浮验算。在钢套箱围堰施工方面对筑岛反开挖及钢套箱吊装等主要工序进行了叙述,并说明了钢套箱拆除流程和方法,希望能够为类似工程提供借鉴。
According to site environment and geological conditions about No. 4 pier cushion cap construction of Shipu Bridge in highway engineering from Shuige to Lakou in Lishui, Zhejiang, this paper conceived a flat split composite steel boxed cofferdam for reverse excavation of building island for offshore cushion cap construction in bare rock reservoir area. The steel casing joint, support leg, reinforced concrete back cover and separation bin were expounded in detail, the strength and rigidity of the steel casing structure and the overall resistance of the steel boxed cofferdam were checked under the most unfavorable engineering situation. In the construction of steel boxed cofferdam, the main procedures such as re- verse excavation of building island and hoisting of steel boxed cofferdam were described, and the process and method of steel boxed cofferdam removal were also illustrated, hoping to provide a reference for similar projects.
