摘要
用小鼠骨髓瘤细胞系SP 2/0与新鲜癌组织匀浆免疫的Balb/C小鼠脾细胞融合制备抗人胰腺癌单克隆抗体。经间接荧光抗体法和免疫组织化学法筛选及有限稀释法克隆化后,获得一株产生与正常人体组织不反应,与人胰腺癌反应率高的抗人胰腺癌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株。
A hybridoma cell line have been established which can produce monoclonalantibody against human pancreatic carcinomas by the way of fusion of SP2/0 myeloma cell and the spleen cells from Balb/C mice which has beenimmuned with fresh carcinoma tissues. By the study of indirect fluresentmethod and thssue immunochemical method, the resuit showed the monoclonalantiboby specifically reacted with human pancreatic carcinoma cells but notwith examined normol human tissues and fetal tissues.
