摘要 文章提出了一种基于下吸式固定床气化炉的新型生物质冷、热、电联供(CCHP)系统,以整个系统为研究对象,通过系统模型的建立与计算,研究了气化子系统的气化特性以及系统在全工况条件下的能量输出特性、运行经济特性、二氧化碳排放特性。研究结果表明:生物质气内燃机的功率明显低于天然气内燃机的功率,基于生物质的CCHP系统不能实现满负荷运转,系统输出最大电量时对应的内燃机部分负荷率(PLR)为75%;基于生物质的CCHP系统的一次能源利用率与效率较低,一次能源利用率为11.52%~40.68%,效率为11.52%~18.60%;基于生物质的CCHP系统的运行经济特性和二氧化碳排放特性非常突出,最大运行费用节约率为64.71%,二氧化碳减排率为57.40%~82.17%。 In this paper, a new biomass CCHP system with downdraft fixed bed gasifier is proposed. The system is modeled and simulated. The gasification characteristics of biomass gasification subsystem is studied, and the energy output, operation economy, greenhouse gas emission characteristics of system under all conditions from three dimensions are evaluated. Results show that due to the low heating value of the syngas whose combustible gas is less than 50%, the system could not operate with full capacity, and the maximum part load ratio is 75%. And it is found the energy efficiency that is 11.52%-40.68% and the exergy efficiency that is 11.52%~18.60% of biomass CCHP system are much lower than traditional CCHP system under all conditions. But its operation cost saving ratio which can reach 64.71% and greenhouse gas emissions reduction ratio which is 57.40%-82.17% are significantly higher than those of the traditional CCHP system.
