摘要
以粘胶纤维为原料,氯乙酸钠为阴离子化试剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂,制备了阴离子改性粘胶纤维,并进行了电镜和红外表征。然后采用单因素实验法考察了氢氧化钠用量、反应温度、反应时间对阴离子改性粘胶纤维吸附性能的影响,得出了最佳反应条件:固定粘胶纤维2.76g,氯乙酸钠的加入量1.1g,反应温度70℃,反应时间1h,10%的碱液的加入量3.3g。吸附实验结果表明:阴离子改性粘胶纤维对次甲基蓝溶液吸附效果优良,吸附效率最高可达94.4%。
With viscose fiber and sodium chloroacetate as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as catalyst, anion modified viscose fiber was synthesized and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. Using single factor experiment, the sodium hydroxide dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time were investi- gated which influence adsorption performance of anion modified viscose fiber. It is concluded that the best reaction conditions were as follows: viscose fiber was 2.76g, the amount of sodium chloroacetate was 1. lg, reaction temper- ature was 70℃, reaction time was 1 hour, the addition of 10% concentration of sodium hydroxide solution was 3.3g. The adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption properties of anion modified viscose fiber to methylene blue solution were excellent, and the adsorption efficiency was up to 94.40%.
