摘要
目的:探讨醋酸氯已定栓联合制霉菌素治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:将68例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为醋酸氯已定栓加制霉菌素治疗组(观察组)和制霉菌素治疗组(对照组),各34例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率为94.1%,对照组总有效率为73.5%,观察组总复发率为2.9%,对照组总复发率为20.6%。两组治疗有效率及复发率均有明显差异(P<0.5),患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:醋酸氯已定栓联合制霉菌素治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床疗效好,不良反应少,可减少复发率。
Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effect of chlorhexidine acetate suppositories combine with nystatin on the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods: pick out 68 examples of the patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis,divide at random into two groups,34 examples a groups respectively,including treatment group( observation group) of chlorhexidine acetate suppositories combine with nystatin and treatment group( observation group) of nystatin,in order to Compare the clinical effects of two groups of patients. Results: The total efficiency of the patient of observation group is 94. 1 percent,The total efficiency of the patient of The control group is 73. 5 percent,The total rate of relapse is respectively 2. 9 percent and 20. 6 percent as for the observation group and the control group. There are significant differences in both rate of treatment efficiency and rate of relapse( P < 0. 5),No significant adverse reactions were seen during the treatment. Conclusions: The clinical curative effect of chlorhexidine acetate suppositories combine with nystatin on the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis is good and it can deduce rate of relapse.
