摘要
在精准脱贫的背景下,贫困地区农村的精神贫困问题愈发突出,精神贫困问题主要表现在农民思想观念落后、封建迷信现象依然存在、聚众赌博之陋习屡禁不止。其主要原因是贫困地区农民的平均文化水平较低,缺乏同辈群体的积极引导以及农村思想政治教育效果不好。解决贫困地区农村精神贫困问题,要努力提升农村文化软实力,加大农民教育和科学普及力度,发挥宗族群体的积极作用,提高农村思想政治教育的实效性。
In the context of precision poverty alleviation, the problem of spiritual poverty in rural areas is becoming more and moreprominent. The problem of mental poverty is mainly manifested in the backwardness of peasants＇ ideological ideas. Feudal superstitionstill exists. The main reason is that the average cultural level of farmers in poor areas is low, the lack of active guidance of peer groups,and rural ideological and political education is not effective. Accurate poverty alleviation, not only to improve the material conditions oflife of farmers, but also to improve their spiritual quality of life, to solve the rural areas of poverty in rural areas, to strive to enhance therural cultural soft power, increase farmers education and popularization of science, Positive effect, improve the effectiveness of rural ideo-logical and political education.
