摘要
最低价中标法作为国际上通行的一种评标方式,是一种最能体现公平、公正、公开的竞争原则的评标方法,在我国建筑行业物资采购被广泛采用。但在我国目前的市场背景下及最低价中标法的实施情况中,此方法遇到了系列问题。本文针对最低价中标法在我国建筑行业物资采购领域运用过程中出现的问题进行了深入分析要,并提出建议。
The lowest bidding method is a kind of bidding appraisal method prevailing in the world.It is a bidding appraisal method which can best reflect the competition principle of fairness,justice and open,so it is widely adopted to material procurement in the construction industry.However,this method has encountered a series of problems in the implementation of the lowest bidding method under the current market context of China.In this paper,the problems occurred during the application of the lowest bidding method in China’s construction industry are analyzed and the recommendations are made.
