摘要
目的探讨针刺拔罐治疗结合50%硫酸镁湿敷在蝮蛇咬伤中的应用效果。方法将172例蝮蛇咬伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组86例行针刺拔罐治疗后给予硫酸镁湿敷患肢肿胀部位,对照组86例给予常规硫酸镁湿敷患肢肿胀部位,比较两组患者肿胀完全消退、疼痛缓解时间及住院时间。结果观察组患者肿胀完全消退时间、疼痛缓解时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺拔罐结合硫酸镁湿敷治疗蝮蛇咬伤的疗效显著,能减轻患者的痛苦,缩短住院时间,减轻了患者的经济负担,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Acupuncture cupping therapy combined with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress limb in patients with the viper bites the curative effect observation. Methods 172 patients diagnosed with the viper bites of the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group,86 cases of patients to acupuncture cupping magnesium sulfate wet compress after limb swelling.The control group,86 cases of patients with conventional magnesium sulfate wet apply limb swelling.Swelling fade completely is 2 groups of patients,pain relief time and hospital stay. Results Swelling in the experimental group patients were completely fade time,pain relief time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group,compare had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture cupping combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress the viper bites with obvious therapeutic effect,reduce the pain of patients obviously shorten the hospitalization time of patients and reduce the economic burden of the patients,and the operation simple easy to master,is advantageous for the clinical application.
