摘要
采用多导记录仪同步连续观测的方法,记录中药白花前胡水醇提取液(Pd-wa)对氯化钡诱发大鼠心律失常、血压、心肌收缩最大上升速率及心率等指标的影响。结果:Pd-wa 1g/kg iv后5 min,给BaCl_2 4mg/kg iv,可使诱发的心律失常持续时间,由15.22±6.11min(对照组)降至6.94±4.40 min(P<0.01);BaCl_24 mg/kg iv诱发心律失常后,给Pd-wa,可立即制止心律失常的发作,持续时间约5 min,与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该药抗心律失常作用出现的同时,还对心脏有一定抑制作用。
By use of a polygraph system, the arrhythmia induced by BaCl_2 andsome other cardiovascular parameters such as Bp, HR, dp/dt, etc. wereobserved synchronously aad continuously. The results showed that Pd-wa had(1) a preventive effect, the duration of arrhythmia induced by BaCl_2(4mg/kg, iv) was decreased from 15.22±6.11 (sd)min (control group) to 6.97±4.40min (P<0.01), if the rat had been pretreated with Pd-wa 1g/kg iv, (2)an antagonistic effect, the arrhythmia induced by BaCl_2(4mg/kg iv) could bestopped at once after iv Pd-wa 1 g/kg and the duration of the antiarrhythmialasted about 5 min. The difference between Pd-wa and control group wassignificant (P<0.05), meanwhile, along with the development of antiarrhythmiathe drug tested also showed an inhibitory effect on the heart.
