摘要
对煤矿皮带运输机安装调试过程容易出现的故障进行分析和总结,并针对电机发热、皮带打滑和皮带跑偏三方面问题提出了相应的解决措施,以期为煤矿皮带的正常安装与调试提供相应的参考。
This paper analyzes the faults process of belt conveyor installation, and from the heating of the motor, beltslippage and deviation of the belt three aspects,it also puts forward the corresponding measures, in order to providereference for the installation and debugging of the normal coal belt.
