摘要
分析了一起110 kV线路发生A相高阻接地故障引起的越级跳闸事故,结合录波详细分析了故障发生的原因以及各保护装置的动作行为。针对高阻接地故障,采用了一种新的测距方法,能准确定位故障位置。结合此次事故提出了相应的预防及整改措施。
This paper analyses an over -grade trip accident caused by phase -A high resistance grounding fault of 110kVtransmission line and details the fault cause and action of each protective device based on fault record. In view of the highresistance grounding fault a new fault location method is adopted to accurately determine the fault location meanwhile thecorresponding prevention and rectification measures are also put forward in this paper.
