摘要
首先对平衡计分卡的概念进行了阐述,并分析了预算中存在的不足,最后对怎样编制工业经济信息化预算体系进行了以平衡积分卡为基础的研究,以促进企业的长远健康发展。
This paper firstly expounds the concept of the balanced scorecard, and analyzes the problems existing in thebudget, finally studied by balance scorecard based on how to establish the industry economic information budgetsystem, in order to promote the long-term healthy development of the enterprise.
