摘要
目的:探讨商环包皮环切术的术后处理经验。方法:回顾性分析自2013年8月至2016年8月本人参与的商环包皮环切术术后处理的临床资料,比较了术后加或不加双氯芬酸钠栓和盐酸异丙嗪的疼痛评分。结果:手术后立即加双氯芬酸钠栓组的术后4h内疼痛评分为(2.9±1.1)分,手术后未使用双氯芬酸钠栓组的术后4h内疼痛评分为(4.7±1.6)分,两组间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。带环期每晚睡前口服盐酸异丙嗪组的夜间疼痛评分为(0.9±0.3)分,带环期未使用盐酸异丙嗪组夜间疼痛评分为(3.7±1.5)分,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:商环包皮环切术后立即双氯芬酸钠栓塞肛、每晚睡前口服盐酸异丙嗪能明显减轻术后疼痛和夜间勃起疼痛,详细告知患者术后注意事项和换药的详细步骤对术后患者自行护理十分重要。
Objectives： To discuss the clinic experience of post-operative care for the Shang Ring circumcision. Methods： The clinical data of post-operative care for the Shang Ring circumcision from August 2013 to August 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. Pain scores of post-operative care with diclofenac sodium suppositories and phenergan were compared with post-operative care without these two drugs. Results： The pain score within 4 hours after the surgery in diclofenac sodium suppository group was 2. 9 ± 1. 1,and it was 4. 7 ± 1. 6 in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. The nocturnal pain score while wearing Shang Ring in the phenergan group was 0. 9 ± 0. 3. In the group without use of phenergan,it was 3. 7 ± 1. 5. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The pain score within 4 hours after the surgery and the nocturnal pain score in the use of diclofenac sodium suppositories and phenergan group are lower than these in the group without using these two drugs. It is important for self-care of patients that post-operative management and wound care.
