摘要
临床实践指南是通过对证据的系统回顾,评估可供治疗选择的受益与风险,目的是提高患者维护健康手段的质量,减少变异性,控制健康保健的成本。目前临床实践指南的研制方法已经比较规范,但在具体操作过程中仍需注意一些细节问题。针对于此,围绕临床实践指南制订的首要步骤,即撰写计划书这一环节,以中医药单用/联合抗生素治疗感染性疾病临床实践指南计划书撰写为例,分析探讨中医临床实践指南计划书的条目内容,为后续的指南制订奠定基础。
Clinical practice guidelines （CPG） are designed to improve the quality of measure for maintaining pa- tients＂ health, reduce variability and control the cost of health care by systematically reviewing the evidence and evalu- ating the benefits and risks of treatment options. Currently, the formulation of CPG has been standardized. But in the specific operation process, some details still need to be paid attention to. Aiming at this, the first step of making CPG is writing prospectus. Taking writing CPG prospectus of treatment of infectious diseases with Chinese medicine alone or combined with antibiotic as example, the authors analyze and explore the items content of Chinese medicine CPG prospectus to lay the foundation for making guidelines.
