摘要 铁路货车运用效率水平直接影响运力资源调配及货运收入的实现,为稳步提升货车运用效率,在概述交通运输领域综合评价研究现状的基础上,阐述模糊综合评价法的思想与理论,基于单位运用车保有量的货运机车走行公里、货物发送量、货物周转量和货车旅行速度4项评价指标,利用综合利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对2008—2014年国铁货车运用效率状况进行综合评价。结果显示,货物发送量和货物周转量是影响货车运用效率水平的关键因素。 The efficiency of railway freight wagging directly affects the allocation of freight capacity and the realization of freight revenue. In order to steadily improve the utilization efficiency of freight wagons, this paper summarizes the current status of the research on comprehensive evaluation in the transport sector, and elaborates the thoughts and theories of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then the comprehensive evaluation on the state-owned freight car utilization efficiency is carried out with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods on the basis of four evaluation indicators: freight locomotive running mileage, volume of goods originated, turnover and train travel speed. The results show that the quantity of delivered goods and the volume of transported goods are the key factors that affect the efficiency level of the railway freight cars.
